I am a Coaching Partner for TOGA MULTI SPORT CLUB as well as a member and am proud to compete and participate in all multi-sport events and races as part of the Toga Multi Sport Club Team.

I am also a Ride Leader for the Rockland Bicycle Club in Rockland County, NY. As a Ride Leader I have had the pleasure of helping new riders experience the joys of riding for fun and fitness.

Who I AM

My name is Eric J Goldstein, a 49 year old Multisport athlete, ICS certified Strength & Fitness Coach and USCF Cycling Coach, USCF insured and CPR, First Aid and Defib Certified who like many has a full time job, family commitments and life responsibilties.

One day some 4 years go I found myself in the worst shape of my life, not the place a former Fitness Trainer was likely to find himself but there I was. Climbing a single flight of steps had me out of breath and bent over.

Then one Wednesday, no different than hundreds that had come before it I made the decision to get my life back. I started out on my 23 year old Fuji RoyaleII bike and have never looked back.

I am an ICS Certified Strength and Fitness Trainer and a United States Cycling Federation Certified Coach.

I race Bikes and Triathlons as a part of my sponsor club, TOGA Multi Sport Club and have made tremendous progress despite the hectic life schedules we all have to deal with.
